| Title | A Mother's Love |
| Artist | Bailey, Rebecca |
| Bio | I am an Art Education major, but very passionate about printmaking. I am happily married and a mother to three wonderful kids. I started my college career late in life and have enjoyed every opportunity IPFW has provided me. My goal in teaching art is to instill the same passion and appreciation I feel when I create and view wonderful pieces of art. -- R. Bailey |
| Inspiration | This piece is a reflection of the responsibility that means that most to me, being a mother. Like a tree my love is always growing. My love stands tall and proud. My roots are deeply planted so my love will never leave. My love for my family balances my life but my eyes are always on them. My branches reach out in crucifixion form because there is not a sacrifice that I would not make for my family. I hope this piece is as enjoyable and moving to view, as it was to create. -- R.
